Single power input, voltage range: AC 220Vac
The drive current is adjustable from peak value 1.2A/phase to 9.8A/phase in 16 levels.
16-level subdivision configuration, maximum resolution 60,000 steps/revolution; micro subdivision control method is used when the subdivision configuration is less than or equal to 2,000 steps/revolution.
The highest response frequency can reach 200KHz
Phase memory function: Automatically memorizes the motor rotor position when power is off
Protection functions: overheating protection/overcurrent protection, phase short circuit protection, overvoltage protection
Automatic half-current: When the input pulse stops for more than 100ms, the current is automatically halved to reduce motor heating.
Full isolation: signal input and output isolation; strong and weak electrical isolation (both PWM control signals and current sampling are isolated)
5V-24V signal input compatible design
Optional control modes: pulse/direction mode; or double pulse input mode
Self-test function: No external pulse signal is required to drive the motor to rotate at a speed of 30 rpm
Adopting industrial-grade chip design, operating environment temperature: -25°~+60° (no freezing below 0°)
Adopting vector control and micro-subdivision control technology, it has greater improvements than traditional drives in terms of running stability, noise, vibration, heat, etc.
